This week on the Weekly Wellness Walk with Docktor-Mom podcast our three cohosts revisit two of the most popular recipes we’ve ever shared with our listeners. Throughout the process of making the switch to a ketogenic lifestyle, I’ve found that the meals are not the issue. The issue is the sweet tooth. I love the keto sliders, as I love most of the ketogenic meals we prepare for our family, but, it’s the desserts that make keto palatable (for me).

The keto cheesecake fat bombs have become a staple in our house. Fortunately, even our kids scarf them down, to the point that we’ve had to occasionally hide them so that they’re not gone a day or two after we make them.

The keto sliders are another family favorite. It was either the late 1980s or early 1990s that I had my first experience with White Castle hamburgers, and it was love at first sight. My wife’s keto sliders remind me of these White Castle burgers. Unfortunately, my wife doesn’t let me eat 12 at a time, like White Castle sells them. I guess I shouldn’t complain, I never thought I’d be able to eat a hamburger again, once I went keto.

The Recipe Rewind part of the podcast is an update. When we shot the initial videos for both the keto sliders and the keto cheesecake fat bombs, we hadn’t perfected our recipes yet. Over the past several months we’ve tried different variations, cooking supplies and ingredients, and wanted to make sure our listeners had all the lasted tech when it comes to giving these recipes a try. So sit back, enjoy, and always remember the words of the Beastie Boys, “White Castle burgers only come in one size”.
