Podcast 15: doTerra
doTerra is an essential oil company that has been around since 2008. Its mission is to share therapeutic grade oils with the world. Having seen for themselves the incredible benefits that can be had from using these precious resources, a group of health-care and business professionals set out to make this mission a reality. The word doTerra comes from a Latin derivative meaning “Gift of the Earth”.
Although we have only been using doTerra products since 2017, I am impressed with their quality, and their health benefits. We’ve added two of their products to our standard protocol to help with cold and flu season (Breathe and OnGuard), and recommend their digestion formula (DigestZen), on a regular basis.
We’re going to dig deeper into doTerra, and its products in the future, but during this podcast we give a basic overview, and talk about the different ways you can utilize essential oils. Enjoy!
